INTRODUCTION ABOUT DEPARTMENT – Dravyaguna is a part of Ayurveda which deals with identification, collection, storage and preservation of row materials of plant origin and our dravyaguna department is best in it. Department is maintained by skillful teaching &non-teaching staff members. Department has well furnished laboratory, equipment, museum,herbal garden which encourages the students for theoretical, clinical & research work. We also have 6 post graduate scholars per year

VISION: The Department of Dravyaguna intends to achieve academic excellence and promoting development of scientific temper for Ayurvedic Herbal Research. MISSION:

UG result should be more than 85% and PG result should be more than 90%
UG students should attend 5group discussions regarding medicinal plant values and their pharmacognostic studies.
To impart the knowledge of medicinal plants regarding their proper identification, cultivation and collection and research, students have to attend minimum 1 field visit in each academic year.
PG students have to attend minimum 1 Dravyaguna related workshop in each academic year to enrich knowledge
